BloxDen Refund & Support Policy
At BloxDen, our mission is to provide a safe and fair marketplace where Roblox developers can sell their creations and buyers can find high-quality assets. Because BloxDen is a platform (not the seller), it is important to understand the rules regarding refunds and support before making a purchase.
● BloxDen connects sellers and buyers; we are not the creator of the items sold.
● All items are digital Roblox-related products (scripts, models, maps, assets, UI, VFX, audio, etc.) and are generally non-refundable.
● Refund requests will only be reviewed within the first 15 days of purchase.
● Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be considered under very limited conditions.
BloxDen staff may review a refund request only if:
● The seller is completely unresponsive within a reasonable time frame.
● The seller refuses to provide the agreed level of support for the purchased item.
⚠️ Even in these cases, BloxDen staff will first reach out to the seller on the buyer’s behalf to attempt a resolution. The decision remains between buyer and seller unless absolutely necessary for BloxDen to step in.
● Please review product descriptions, screenshots, and details carefully before purchase.
● What you see is what you buy — all sales are final unless the above conditions are met.
● BloxDen is not responsible if the product works as described but does not meet personal expectations.
● Sellers may, at their discretion, offer alternatives (e.g., discounts, replacement files, or future credits), but this is not guaranteed.
1. By default, sellers provide 6 months of support with every purchase.
2. Buyers may choose to purchase extended 1-year support at checkout if available.
3. Support covers only ensuring the item works as described.
● This means the seller will help fix errors or technical problems directly related to the purchased product.
● Customization is not included. Do not expect sellers to modify, rewrite, or add new features for free.
● If a seller chooses to offer custom help beyond the support terms, this is out of goodwill — please respect their time and show appreciation.
Refunds will not be granted for:
Change of mind or accidental purchases.
Items that work as described but do not meet personal preferences.
Customized or personalized products.
Items purchased during discounts, promotions, or special sales.
If a buyer opens a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting BloxDen support first:
BloxDen reserves the right to terminate the buyer’s account permanently with no refund and no access to purchased items.
All future transactions will be blocked.
We strongly urge buyers to contact Support@BloxDen.com before opening disputes so we can attempt to resolve issues fairly.
