BloxDen Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of BloxDen (the “Platform”). By registering for, accessing, or using BloxDen, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
BloxDen is a digital marketplace where independent creators (“Sellers”) can list and sell digital products, and buyers (“Users”) can purchase them.
You agree to use BloxDen only for lawful purposes and in compliance with local, national, and international laws.
You may not use the Platform to upload, distribute, or promote content that includes:
Violence, terrorism, or hate speech.
Sexual or obscene material.
Racism, harassment, or discriminatory content.
Pirated, stolen, or unauthorized digital goods.
Violations may result in account suspension or permanent termination.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information.
You are fully responsible for all activities under your account.
Accounts found engaging in fraudulent activity (such as chargebacks, stolen credit cards, or abuse of coupons/free balance) will be permanently banned.
Products sold on BloxDen are owned by the Sellers who created them.
Purchasing a product grants you a license to use the item in accordance with the Seller’s description. It does not transfer intellectual property or exclusive ownership.
You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of purchased items.
Sellers provide support for purchased items according to the listing details.
By default, each purchase includes 6 months of support, with the option to extend to 1 year if offered.
Support only covers ensuring the product works as described.
Support does not include customization, modifications, or feature requests. If a Seller chooses to help with customization, this is done voluntarily — please respect their time.
Refund requests will only be reviewed by BloxDen staff within 15 days of purchase.
Refunds are only considered if:
The Seller is unresponsive to inquiries.
The Seller refuses to provide support as described.
Buyers must understand that all items are digital and sold “as-is.” What you see in the product description is what you receive.
Sellers may offer alternatives (discount codes, replacement items, etc.), but this is at their discretion.
BloxDen staff will only intervene in disputes when absolutely necessary.
Any buyer who files a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting BloxDen support first will have their account terminated immediately, with no access to purchased products.
All transactions on BloxDen are processed securely through authorized payment providers.
Once payment is completed, the purchase is final unless covered under the Refund Policy above.
BloxDen may occasionally offer free credits, coupons, or promotional balance.
Abuse of these offers (such as creating multiple accounts or fraudulent activity) may result in deduction of credits, suspension of your account, or termination.
If misuse results in a negative account balance, your account will remain suspended until the balance is repaid.
BloxDen and Sellers provide products “as-is,” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee compatibility with all third-party tools, plugins, or future Roblox updates.
Sellers are responsible for ensuring their product functions as described, but customization or long-term compatibility is not guaranteed.
BloxDen is a marketplace platform, not the direct seller.
We are not liable for losses, damages, or disputes arising from transactions between Buyers and Sellers, except in cases where BloxDen must intervene under our Refund Policy.
BloxDen reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the new Terms.
